This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Hotspan Labs website and governs the circumstances under which refunds, returns, or exchanges may be issued. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be:
- Unused and unopened.
- In the same condition in which they were received.
- In their original packaging.
Certain items may be non-returnable, including products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or marked as final sale.
Return Timeframe
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
How to Request
To initiate a return or refund request, contact us at support@hotspan.com with:
- Your order number.
- A brief explanation of your request.
- Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Our support team will provide return instructions if your request is approved. Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or defective item. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated at the time of approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work to resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability. If an exchange is approved, replacement items will be shipped once the original item has been received and inspected.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products.
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
- Items returned without prior authorization.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process described above. Contact us immediately at support@hotspan.com if you need to cancel a recent order.
