This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Hotspan Labs website and governs the circumstances under which refunds, returns, or exchanges may be issued. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be:
- Unused and unopened.
- In the same condition in which they were received.
- In their original packaging.
Certain items may be non-returnable, including products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or marked as final sale.

How to Request

- Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Our support team will provide return instructions if your request is approved. Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Processing

Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or defective item. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated at the time of approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work to resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges

Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Cancellations
