Description
| Overview | CJC-1295 is a synthetic analogue of growth-hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) and a growth-hormone secretagogue (GHS) developed to stimulate natural growth hormone (GH) and insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) secretion over extended periods. CJC-1295 was developed by biotech firm ConjuChem Technologies in the mid-2000s as a modified form of endogenous GHRH (1-29) with improved pharmacokinetics, especially via a “DAC” (Drug Affinity Complex) modification to extend its half-life. |
